Drake Farmers Market

Held on the last Saturday of every month
Woodward Park, Drake

A great variety of stalls that changes regularly, including Arts & Crafts, Woodwork, Bonsai, Leatherwork, Tarot Reading, Eco-friendly products, Natural beauty products, Hair styling, Gemstones, Buskers, Handmade soap, Silk scarves, Medicinal herbs, Healing oils, Herbs & Potted plants, Fruit & Veges, Clothes, Jewelery, Handicrafts, Face painting, 2nd Hand section, Goats and goat products, Alpaca products, cakes and hot food. 8am at Woodward Park, Drake, if good weather, or under cover at the Drake Village Resource Centre, (next door) if wet. Stall holders welcome, to book a stall please call 02 6737 6664. Fee $10. Drake market is held on the last Saturday each month.

Tenterfield Railway Markets.
1st Saturday of the Month .

8.00 am to 12.00 noon at the Tenterfield Railway Museum. The Art & Crafts Market is held in the station forecourt.  Stalls include;

Wallangarra Railway Markets

1st Sunday of the Month

The best little Country Market between QLD & NSW. The pick of local art, craft and produce – hot food, coffee and entertainment. 8.00 am to 12.00 pm at the Wallangarra Railway Station

Glenrock Open Gardens

8th March, 5th April, 26th April, 3rd May  2020

This venue is the perfect setting for any event, be it a garden wedding, a workshop or even a garden tour. The gardens are exquisite, a photographer’s paradise, and include many differing garden rooms and water views within the 10 acre garden. There is ample parking space and buses can all be accommodated as well.

The self-guided tour costs $10 per person and kids under 16 are free. Devonshire teas/coffees are also available throughout the day at $5 each. Bring a hat and some closed in shoes and be prepared to have a wonderful time !! 20% of the proceeds will go back into the local community. See you soon !!

Oracles of the Bush 2020

25th to 28th March 2021

Oracles of the Bush is an annual event celebrating Australian bush poetry, music and art. This event boasts among the highest prize money for any bush poetry competition in the country. It includes a variety of events such as a Children’s Concert, Poets’ Concert featuring professional poets, poetry competition heats and final, Patti’s Bling dance, breakfasts, lunches and the Poets’ Brawl breakfast in Jubilee Park.
